We are not going to hand your own brief back to you. Below is how we understand the structure — and the one thing the public signal has to change.

Your current Imperial Investments site is built around homeowner cash offers, and the current ICG site presents residential renovation. The new site replaces both with a clear PropCo and OpCo story aimed at lenders, capital partners, brokers, and institutional asset owners.

It means the qualified people who reach the site — lenders, capital partners, brokers, and asset owners — take the next step, while the unqualified ones screen themselves out. Optimization is built into the project, not sold as an add-on.

05Making the claims easy to trust

Your credibility rests on numbers a lender can check.

Bonds, licenses, insurance, and project figures. The site is structured so each reviewer finds what they need — fast.

Disclosure & form privacy — wording control

Every sensitive item is sorted before design into public, diligence, or private, so the public site earns a serious follow-up without becoming a data room. No bank details, tax returns, SSNs, accreditation files, or underwriting packages are collected on public forms.

We will not strengthen or expand risk language such as "isolates execution risk," "protects EMR," or "cash-flow independence" on our own. Those are published only when you supply the record and approve the exact wording. Otherwise we use narrower, factual language. This protects you as much as it protects the site.

06Domain routing

The routing you asked for works.

Every visitor to the ICG domain lands directly on the dedicated ICG page on the master site. Handled in Cloudflare, not as a normal second Wix domain.

Coverage

Root and www, HTTP and HTTPS, every incoming path, preserved query strings, and up to 10 priority legacy redirects.

Cloudflare change

ICG redirect records stay proxied. The A and CNAME records connecting the master domain to Wix switch to DNS Only, as Wix requires.

Address-bar note

After the redirect the browser shows the II URL. If you later need the ICG address visible, we build a one-page ICG site with the same design at no change to our fee — you pay only the second Wix plan.

A Wix secondary domain redirects to the primary homepage and cannot target a specific inner page, which is why Cloudflare is the correct tool here. Basis: Wix page-level domain limitation · Cloudflare single redirects · Wix Cloudflare settings.

Illustrative dates: if Day 0 is Friday, July 17, the staging link is targeted for Friday, July 31, and live launch for Friday, August 7. A delay on your side moves the remaining dates by the same number of business days. Testing is not compressed.
